Oncology Med, Inc. (OMI) is a public company engaged in the delivery of full service cancer center solutions from full development and build-out of a new facility, expansion of existing facilities, and/or any required element from management, staffing, medical physics treatment planning (on and off site), business development, and equipment purchase and recommendations related to the treatment of various cancers. Additionally, OMI offers full-service, turnkey, prostate cancer brachytherapy programs. Through our wholly owned subsidiaries and in cooperation with our business partners, we provide the full range of services to address any proposed or current cancer centers operational needs or future expansion goals.

Subsidiaries
Comprehensive Physics and Regulatory Services (CPRS), a wholly owned subsidiary of OMI, has pioneered the use of the Internet for clinical radiation oncology treatment planning. The service was commenced over seventeen years ago in an effort to provide cost effective treatment planning by smaller radiation/cancer centers through the sharing of expertise and resources. Medical images, such as CT datasets, are sent over a secure internet link allowing our staff of physicists and dosimetrists to produce a fully developed treatment plan in as little as 24 hours. CPRS provides a wide range of medical physics and dosimetry planning services both on-site and off-site.
American Healthcare Initiatives (AHI), a subsidiary of OMI, is a full service cancer center development division. AHI spearheads new cancer center development and construction, as well as, expansion of existing cancer centers to include development of LLCs and partnerships for investment opportunities, design and build out for maximum utilization of acquired land, selection of equipment to meet the needs and goals of the center, installation of equipment including acceptance and commissioning, staffing of the center, management of the center, consulting services, and billing/collection services. AHI is a medical facility or investment group’s one-stop-shop for building or expanding its cancer center.
Today our clients range from large world-class cancer treatment centers to smaller local and regional cancer treatment centers. We have continued to grow in the scope of our services offered and in the geographical areas served, supporting over 25 radiation oncology centers from Florida to New England. Expansion opportunities exist both domestically and internationally.
